Kolmisoft Unveils Improved Version of VoIP Class 4/5 Softswitch

Kolmisoft, a provider of telecom billing and routing solutions including VoIP switches for the telecommunications industry, has unveiled the latest version of its VoIP Class 4/5 Softswitch with billing and routing capabilities.
The MOR 12 is designed for companies working in multiple verticals including retail, wholesale, calling cards, call shops, resale and system integration. The solution allows its customers to stay competitive, generates a high client satisfaction rate, is effective and easy to use, and provides much more advanced VoIP functionality.
In addition, the solution allows alternate telecoms to power flexible voice services, manage service offerings, and continue to grow their voice businesses. Kolmisoft System MOR integrates core functions including authentication, authorization and accounting with vital elements that facilitate the effective management of all billing/routing-related processes. The MOR 12 also features an Extended Application Programming Interface (API) that allows telecoms to integrate their billing and routing data with any ERP, CRM or accounting software, accelerating customer service processes including help desk, reporting and invoicing.
Some other vital functions of this VoIP switch are enabling companies to make connections among internal telephones, as well as eliminating the need to manage or pay for onsite hardware maintenance.
The newly released version concentrates on a wholesale business model and allows customers to take advantage of large system implementations using the SIP Proxy server, which makes it possible to serve up to 10,000 simultaneous calls.
