Telegration Joins Evolve IP's Partner Program

Evolve IP (News - Alert) delivers cloud services, including virtual servers, virtual desktops, disaster recovery, unified communications, contact centers, softswitch and more, enabling businesses to deliver services superior to outdated legacy systems.
Evolve IP has implemented a channel partner program to improve the service delivery to customers. The latest to join this program is Telegration (News - Alert), a Troy, Michigan-based telecommunications solution provider and one of the fastest-growing providers in the Great Lakes region with branch offices in Cleveland, Toledo and Grand Rapids.
By offering a broad array of cloud services, Telegration will not only bring new value to its customers, but also drive increased revenue in the long haul, said Tim Allen, chief sales officer of Evolve IP.
As a partner of Evolve IP, Telegration will be offering Evolve IP’s broad array of cloud services, including unified communications/IP phone services, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), virtual servers and call center solutions.
Telegration provides a wide range of local, long distance and Internet services to over 30,000 organizations. The partnership will help Telegration maximize its sales opportunities with each new customer engagement.
Telegration customers now can access solutions like fixed mobile convergence (FMC), find me/follow me, unified messaging, HD voice and more -- all delivered as a cloud service but with the quality and control of on-site equipment.
The hosted virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) and private cloud infrastructure reduce CAPEX and total cost of ownership (TCO) while improving IT productivity. The virtual workspace gives employees the freedom to access their desktop anytime, anywhere, on any device.
Evolve IP’s cloud leverages the scalability and failover of public cloud services while maintaining the privacy and security of dedicated environments. The hosted contact centers improve operations and customer service with intelligent routing and queues, call recording, call whisper and every major feature needed to run a best-practice call center.
