Votacall Hosted VoIP PBX Provides Flexible Communications & Savings to Performance Plus

Votacall, a specialist hosted VoIP provider, recently unveiled Performance Plus has chosen its Votacall Hosted VoIP PBX (News - Alert) to serve as its communications solution for its offices and facilities that are spread across New England. Performance Plus is a specialist consumer market research company and focus facility operator.

Performance Plus currently operates focus facilities, mall intercepts and a number of other field research facilities that are spread across New England locations. The company was searching for a communications solution that was robust, scalable and also reasonably priced. The company, after conducting its research, concluded that an on-premises phone system would fall short both in end-user mobility as well as facility mobility. Performance Plus put in a lot of time and research to analyze the business VoIP market and then decided that the one solution that met all of its requirements was the Votacall Hosted VoIP Phone (News - Alert) System.

In a statement, Norm Beaudet, chief financial officer, said "Votacall VoIP allows our organization to move our staffed focus groups facilities to accommodate new products and clients. We now have the flexibility to move our focus facilities to gather research from different demographics and our phone system and phone number moves with us. That flexibility is a huge value for our organization."

Performance Plus wanted a solution that was reasonably priced but also one that was flexible and could be moved seamlessly to new focus facilities without dropping a single phone call. Beaudet went on to say, "With Votacall, we communicate efficiently across our many locations. We have the ability to call our colleagues and transfer our clients as if we are all working under one roof utilizing the same phone system. To accomplish this with our previous phone system, we would have had to make substantial investments in hardware, carrier services and support contracts. With Votacall, this functionality is built in, making it truly the most cost effective solution without sacrificing functionality."
