ANPI Hosted Unified Communications Solution Private Label Package Available to Carriers

As the adoption of unified communications (UC) solutions increases across the globe, new offerings are being developed to allow the developers and carrier provide their end customers with products and services of their choice.
ANPI, a provider of advanced telecommunications solutions, is making its hosted unified communications solution Private Label Package available to carriers. Carriers will now be able to offer diversified solutions that will fulfill the integrated voice and collaboration tools related needs of enterprise communications.
Private Label Package by ANPI is the only comprehensive solution that has been developed for Incumbent Local Exchange Carriers (ILECs). It comprises of a range of enhanced features, tools and collateral, which enable the carriers in swiftly delivering smart hosted UC solutions to their customers.
Apart from the technology, the solution also features a hosted IP PBX functionality that offers unified messaging, presence, multimedia collaboration and seamlessly integrated mobility. In order to streamline the end-user sales process for carriers and addressing the administration and monitoring needs for both the carrier and the end-user in a better way, ANPI has developed a three-step ordering process within the solution. Further, the end users can easily manage their user experience through a widget-based customer portal as well.
