As service providers work hard to find the best fully integrated VoIP and TDM softswitch products, manufacturers need to work even harder to stand out.

 

Even if you’re a reputable manufacturer, you have to give a little more to cut through the competition. For REDCOM (News - Alert) Laboratories Inc., that extra something that makes the difference is reliability, Carlos Sánchez, REDCOM Laboratories vice president of sales for the Americas, told TMCnet

Located above the Arctic Circle, ASTAC’s rural co-op service area in Alaska’s North Slope region is vast, encompassing 92,000 square miles of brutally cold and inhospitable terrain.
